United launches Starlink tracker as service reaches half of flights

United Airlines has launched a new digital tracking tool for its Starlink Wi-Fi service, which is now available on over half of the airline's flights. The tool, accessible at StarlinkTracker.United.com, allows passengers to check whether their upcoming flights will have Starlink service by entering travel dates and flight numbers within three days of departure.

With more than 635 United mainline and Express aircraft equipped with Starlink, the service covers nearly half of the airline's daily departures and is available on more than 2,500 flights per day, serving approximately 250,000 customers daily. United plans to install Starlink on about 20 aircraft per week and aims to complete installations across its fleet by the end of 2027.

The airline has already flown over 37.7 million passengers on Starlink-equipped aircraft across more than 538,000 flights.
