Panthera Resources posts amended AGM notice for November 11

Panthera Resources Plc has announced an amended notice for its annual general meeting (AGM), set to take place on November 11, 2026. The AGM will commence at 10:00 a.m. London time and will be held at the offices of Druces LLP, located at 99 Gresham Street in London. This amended notice supersedes the previous one, dated September 7, 2026.

At the AGM, shareholders will be able to vote on resolutions 6 and 7, which have been updated to reflect the company's current issued share capital as of the latest available date prior to the publication of the amended notice. Shareholders who previously submitted a proxy appointment under the September 7 notice will need to submit a new proxy appointment for the upcoming AGM.

To do so, they must ensure their proxy appointments reach the company's registrar, Computershare Investor Services plc, by November 9, 2026, at no later than 10:00 a.m. London time.

The amended notice, along with a new Form of Proxy, has been sent to all shareholders. A copy of the amended notice can also be accessed on the company's website.
