Nora Reveals 2 New Electric Vehicles in Pakistan

Nora, a company in Pakistan, is set to launch two new electric vehicles, the NEO and Metro, aimed at modernizing urban commuting. These vehicles both fall under the L7 quadricycle category and boast similar specifications such as battery capacity, motor power, maximum speed, and charging time. They are both fitted with a 23.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and a 4 kW motor, providing a claimed driving range of 250 to 300 kilometers and a top speed of 70 km/h.

Both models share a rear-wheel drive, a 72-volt electrical system, and a charging time of approximately six to eight hours. They are designed to carry four passengers each.

The Nora NEO boasts a modern exterior and comes with a host of features like a 9-inch HD touchscreen, keyless entry, push-button start, multifunction steering wheel, electronic parking brake, and disc brakes on all four wheels. It has a wheelbase of 2,300 mm and a ground clearance of 180 mm, riding on 175/70 R13 tires.

In contrast, the Nora Metro offers a different design and additional features, including a touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry, push-button start, power windows, and a reversing camera. It has a longer wheelbase of 2,360 mm and a higher ground clearance of 210 mm, with larger 195/70 R14 tires.

While the exact prices of the Nora NEO and Metro in Pakistan have not been officially announced, they are reportedly priced below Rs. 3 million.
