KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- A target of 80,000 citizens is expected to benefit from the Housing Credit Guarantee Scheme (SJKP) through a financing guarantee of RM20 billion in Budget 2027 to expand opportunities for first-time homebuyers, particularly among young people and workers without a fixed income.
