Los Angeles FC secured a 3-1 victory over Austin FC, with Denis Bouanga and Son Heung-min orchestrating all three goals. Initially, Bouanga capitalized on a pass from Son in the 7th minute of the second half to give LAFC the lead. Brandon Vázquez equalized for Austin in the 66th minute, assisted by Myrto Uzuni.
