Britain’s MI6 assisted in detaining Rybar founder Mikhail Zvinchuk in Montenegro
Britain’s MI6 alerted Montenegrin security services that they were tracking Mikhail Zvinchuk, the head of the Russian propaganda network Rybar, and his associates inside the country after monitoring the group for nearly a week, Portal ETV reported on October 14, citing Montenegrin and foreign intelligence sources.
