Here are three new to Hulu shows that you need to add to your weekend watchlist right now.
Looking for fresh shows to binge this weekend? Hulu has plenty of new additions from Disney-owned networks like FX and ABC. Here are three must-watch series premiering or returning this weekend.
First, Grey's Anatomy season 23 plows ahead as the longest-running primetime medical drama. The new season drops viewers into a crisis at Seattle's Grey Sloan Memorial as a plane crash floods the ER with critically injured patients. Doctors must make impossible choices while the hospital introduces a controversial new VIP floor. After over two decades, Grey's Anatomy remains a high-stakes surgical thrill ride with messy romances and emotional gut-punches.
Next up is 9-1-1: Nashville season 2. Ryan Murphy and Tim Minear's spinoff returns for another adrenaline-packed season of rescues and drama against the backdrop of Tennessee's music scene. Captain Don Hart's wealthy wife and dispatcher sister-in-law provide plenty of personal and professional drama. With country music and a charismatic cast led by Chris O'Donnell, 9-1-1: Nashville delivers the same over-the-top rescues and big emotions with a Southern twist.
Finally, anime fans can dive into Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill season 1. When a magical kingdom tries to summon heroes, they get Tsuyoshi Mukouda, a salaryman with a quirky grocery superpower. In this fantasy world where everyday items are rare, Mukouda's ability to buy normal food and cook with Earth ingredients becomes invaluable.
The show follows his journey as he befriends a legendary wolf and a cute slime companion. With relaxing animation by MAPPA, this is a cozy, feel-good isekai adventure perfect for a light-hearted binge.
