‘This action cannot be a coincidence’: Ukraine says a SpaceX speed limit slowed its drones as Trump says it’s time to get a new president

Ukrainian officials claim that a SpaceX-imposed speed limit on their Starlink communication terminals has hindered the performance of their drones, which in turn made them more vulnerable to Russian defenses. At the same time, Ukraine received no advance warning of the devastating Russian ballistic missile attacks that killed five people and injured 36 in Kyiv over the past two nights.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed outrage over Russia's continued bombing of Ukraine's energy infrastructure, despite U.S. President Donald Trump's call for a ceasefire. Trump has also suggested that it is time for Ukraine to get a new president, blaming Zelenskyy for the ongoing war and high diesel prices in the U.S. The Ukrainian military is concerned that the lack of warning and slower Starlink terminals may indicate a deterioration in U.S. support for Ukraine.
