Since its inception in June, Telecel M'ahitti Promo has offered economic support to thousands of Ghanaians, distributing over GH¢2 million in prizes through monthly, weekly, and daily offerings. A recent weekly winner, Anita Addo, a Kumasi-based entrepreneur, received a GH¢20,000 prize in the final week of September, providing crucial financial assistance as her family prepared for the new school year.
Describing the prize as an "answer to my prayers," Addo expressed gratitude to Telecel and encouraged others to take part in the promotions. Leslie Johnson Adams, a teacher from Jasikan in the Oti Region, also won a GH¢20,000 prize, which was credited to his Telecel Cash wallet. Both winners initially expressed disbelief upon learning of their success.
Alex Kwapong, the Executive Head for the Eastern, Oti, and Volta Regions, expressed joy at the positive impact of the promo, emphasizing that the company aims to deliver tangible value to its customers through initiatives like these. The company has yet to award its two remaining monthly GH¢1 million prizes, alongside numerous weekly and daily prizes.
