NDC appoints Ako Gunn, Kakra Essamuah, and Julius Anthony as spokespersons

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has appointed three individuals as its official spokespersons and primary contacts for media inquiries. The designation was announced on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, following the appointment of Julius Kwame Anthony as Deputy Communications Director of the party. The Functional Executive Committee of the NDC approved the appointment during a meeting held on Tuesday, with the decision taking immediate effect.

The party stated that the move is part of its efforts to bolster communications operations and enhance public engagement on the policies, programs, and achievements of the NDC-led government.

In a statement signed by General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the NDC declared that Mr. Godwin Ako Gunn, Mr. Kakra Essamuah, and Mr. Julius Kwame Anthony will serve as the designated voices of the organization on matters pertaining to the party. The statement informed the general public and the media that these individuals are now the primary contacts for any issues concerning the NDC.
