The La Cala Lions charity club has released a hilarious 2027 calendar featuring members in show-stopping costumes, recreating famous musicals such as Sister Act, The Sound of Music, and Mamma Mia! Titled 'La Cala'nder Girls!, the calendar aims to raise funds for the club's local good causes while providing a fun way to support the Lions throughout the year.
With Christmas approaching, the calendar could be a perfect stocking filler or present for anyone familiar with the Lions' work in the local community. The calendar, priced at €10, is available at the La Cala Lions Charity Shop in La Cala de Mijas and other Lions events. Proceeds will support the club's charitable activities, including its Alzheimers Group.
A Strictly Olivia's fundraising event will be held on October 22, featuring dancing, entertainment, and a chance to learn Latin American and Ballroom Dance moves.
