TikTok influencer Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, known professionally as Peller, has disclosed that the Nigeria Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Peter Obi, approached him for a livestream ahead of the 2027 general election. The announcement came during a TikTok livestream on Wednesday, where Peller clarified that the planned session would not be an endorsement of Obi's presidential ambitions.
Peller emphasized that he would only be livestreaming with Obi and was not promoting his presidential bid. "Peter Obi reached out to me that he wants to do a livestream with me. Before you people get the wrong idea, I am not promoting any presidential candidate, and I am not asking you to vote for Peter Obi. I just want to stream with him on my platform," Peller stated. Recently, Obi also participated in a livestream hosted by another TikToker, Emir Sirdam.
