I Built a Bilingual Kuwait Gov Services Guide (Civil ID, Visas, Sahel) - DalilQ8
Expats and citizens in Kuwait waste hours on PACI, MOI, Sahel portals. I built DalilQ8 - bilingual answers from official Kuwait government sources: Civil ID renewal, traffic fines by Civil ID, visas and residency, driving licence, PIFSS, health card, business licence. Stack: scraping official portals + Arabic NLP. Ask in English or Arabic. Live: https://dalilq8.com Happy to help Kuwait devs/B2B…
