Hope ton, Paul five-for help West Indies level series 2-2
West Indies bowlers reined India in after Sanju Samson's 56 off 23
India triumphed in the third T20I against West Indies at Ranchi, securing a 6-wicket victory and leveling the series at 1-1. West Indies chased down a target of 250 in 18.3 overs, with Shai Hope scoring an unbeaten 102 and Sherfane Rutherford contributing 84 runs. In the subsequent match at Indore, West Indies fell short of chasing another massive score by 14 runs, giving India a 2-1 lead.
The fourth T20I will take place in Hyderabad, a ground known for rewarding big hitting, where boundaries are short and batting first is often advantageous. India will be aiming to win the series with a second consecutive victory, while West Indies will be fighting for survival in the contest.
