Google has introduced a new "Shop devices" feature on the Google Play Store, enabling users to purchase both Samsung Galaxy phones and Pixels simultaneously. This development signifies Google's expansion beyond its Pixel line, making it easier for consumers to order Samsung devices through the main Google Store. The feature debuted through selective promotions using Play Points and is now being widely implemented.
Upon selecting a device, users can complete the purchase via the Google Store and enjoy a 10% Google One cashback reward. The availability of Samsung's Galaxy S26 series has not yet been affected by this change. While this new option may not suit everyone's preferences, it adds flexibility for those seeking alternate purchasing choices.
