Oleksandr Larin, founder of Idealist Media and former General Secretary of Ukraine's Basketball Federation, submitted a report to the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation outlining Russian gymnastics structures' actions in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. Stella Zakharova, Olympic champion and Vice President of the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation, prepared the report, which is not a political declaration but a legal case.

The report examines whether Ukraine can transition from a stance of objection to a different approach: presenting the rules and actions of their member and seeking an explanation for consistency.
