ESPN analyst Mike Greenberg recently criticized Green Bay Packers defensive end Micah Parsons for his comments about third-year quarterback Jayden Daniels. Parsons called Daniels' mistake in the Commanders-Giants game "inexcusable" and questioned whether the rookie is ready for a $60 million contract. He even suggested that Daniels' blunder might cost coach Dan Quinn his job.
However, Greenberg deemed Parsons' remarks "inappropriate" and went as far to say that it is "completely beyond the rules" for a player from one team to comment on the actions of another team. Greenberg argued that such remarks are not tolerated in any sport, despite the fact that many players from other teams did not speak out about the incident.
