Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Preload and Global Release Times Confirmed for Campaign, DMZ, and the Full Game
Activision has confirmed the global release times and preload details for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, which launches in various parts over the coming weeks.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set to release on October 23 across all platforms. Players can pre-load the game starting October 14 at 9pm PT. The full game, including multiplayer, launches at midnight local time on October 23. Campaign Early Access begins on October 16 for those who digitally preorder the Standard Digital Edition or Vault Edition.
Physical copies do not receive Early Access. DMZ, the extraction mode, becomes available on October 20. Preload allows players to download content, including Warzone, before the official launch. Xbox users can access pre-load earlier by changing their in-game timezone to New Zealand. The game requires 115GB of available SSD space on PC, though console requirements may vary.
