How WWE Crown Jewel’s champion vs. champion format works, past Crown Jewel Champions, the expected 2026 matchups and how Money in the Bank could change them.
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - November 2, 2024 - The WWE Crown Jewel event is set to take place on November 7, 2026, in Riyadh. The event will feature a champion vs. champion format for both men and women's titles. The top men's champions from Raw and SmackDown, as well as the top women's champions, will compete for the Crown Jewel Championships.
The winners will be crowned the Crown Jewel Champions. The event will not feature the Money in the Bank holders, Penta and Tiffany Stratton. The men's matchup is expected to be Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn, while the women's matchup will feature Liv Morgan vs. Chelsea Green. The event is expected to take place despite a strike on the King Khalid International Airport on October 10, which resulted in 13 deaths. WWE has stated that it has contingency plans in place.
