Youth volleyball league registration is open at MLK Recreation Center

Registration is now open for the MLK Jr. Recreation Center's Youth Volleyball League, providing young athletes with a chance to enhance their volleyball abilities. The league welcomes participants from all skill levels and offers three age categories: 9U, 12U, and 16U. Registration remains open until December 1, with player evaluations scheduled for December 9 and 10. Practices commence the week of December 14, and the season is set to begin on January 9, 2027.

Athletes will participate in a six-game regular season, followed by playoffs. Volunteers are also sought to serve as coaches and assist in mentoring young players throughout the season. The registration fee is $70 per participant, and due to limited space, families are urged to sign up early. To register, visit https://secure.rec1.com/FL/PCQOL/catalog.
