Why this one Android keyboard shortcut is the single most useful feature on my phone
I use it every day and typing feels incomplete without it
Nothing has begun rolling out the stable Android 17 update to its flagship Phone (3), following a prior beta program. The update, branded Nothing OS 5.0 and based on Android 17, is now fully available for the device. The rollout, which initially launched in beta months ago, is expected to expand to other devices in the future. Nothing has promised several enhancements with Nothing OS 5.0, including a redesigned Launcher, Micrographics clock face, refreshed design system, deeper personalization options, improved performance, advanced Essential AI tools, and the full suite of Android 17 features.
To install the update, owners of the Nothing Phone (3) must navigate to Settings > System > System update. Nothing remains on track to deliver stable updates for its other devices through mid-January 2027.
