Ananya Panday’s IIFA journey comes full circle with Abu Dhabi hosting debut

Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is set to return to her hosting debut at the IIFA Awards 2027 in Abu Dhabi, marking the 27th edition of the International Indian Film Academy's weekend and awards. The event will be held at Etihad Arena on Yas Island from January 22 to 23, 2027. Panday expressed her excitement about hosting the awards, as it would bring her back to the stage where her journey with IIFA began.

She fondly recalled her first-ever performance on the iconic stage in Abu Dhabi, which sparked her passion for the celebration of Indian cinema. Panday emphasized that hosting IIFA 2027 would be a dream come true, allowing her to celebrate the magic of Indian cinema with audiences worldwide. Joining Panday at the event will be Varun Dhawan and Karan Johar, who will also return as hosts for the sixth and fifth times, respectively.
