LSDPC digitises payment platform for better service delivery

Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has officially launched its Digital Payment Platform, heralding a new era in service delivery. The initiative, dubbed LSDPC PayPortal, offers customers a convenient, 24/7 channel to access the corporation's payment services online, ensuring immediate confirmation of completed transactions.

At the launch event, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Ayodeji Joseph, underscored the corporation's commitment to evolving with the changing needs and expectations of the people it serves. "The introduction of the Digital Payment Platform is not simply about technology; it is about using technology to improve service delivery and make it easier and more convenient for our customers to interact with the Corporation," Joseph asserted.

He emphasized that the platform reflects the corporation's continuous efforts to adapt to the evolving ways people access services. Mrs Monisola Oyewo, the Head of Information Technology at LSDPC, highlighted that the portal provides customers with greater flexibility in accessing payment services, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.

Oyewo also emphasized the portal's compliance with stringent data protection measures. The LSDPC boss further emphasized that the initiative is part of the corporation's broader evolution, aligning with the city's growth and the transformation of public institutions through technology.
