Carrick tells Red Devils to be more 'streetwise'

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has urged his team to become more "streetwise" and "stubborn" following their 1-1 draw with 10-man Tottenham at Old Trafford. The Red Devils have only managed six points from their opening six Premier League games, their lowest haul in such a stage for 30 years. Carrick criticized his side's performance, stating that they blew a late lead and were booed off at half-time and end of the match.
He emphasized the need for improvement, saying they need to "be a little bit more streetwise in moments, a little bit more stubborn and a little bit more stronger and see out certain things."
