The Atlanta Dream have advanced to the WNBA Finals for the first time in 13 years.
The Atlanta Dream, a WNBA team, have made history by advancing to the WNBA Finals for the first time in 13 years. They achieved this triumph by sweeping the New York Liberty in Game 3 of the semifinals, with a final score of 85-83. This marks the team's fourth appearance in the championship overall, following their victory in 2013.
Currently holding the No. 4 seed, the Dream are eagerly anticipating their next opponent, who could be either the No. 2 Golden State Valkyries or the No. 3 Las Vegas Aces, as both teams are currently engaged in a pivotal showdown that may dictate the next match-up.
