PLUS to close Bangi Toll Plaza road shoulder for widening works until June 2027

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 — The road shoulder near the exit lane of the Bangi Toll Plaza on the way to Bandar Baru Bangi will be temporarily closed by PLUS Malaysia Berhad starting today until June 28 next year. The road widening works, part of the company's ongoing efforts to enhance highway facilities and user comfort, are expected to last approximately eight months.

The closure will only occur during off-peak hours, between 10 pm and 5.30 am, to minimize disruption to traffic flow. Motorists are advised to drive cautiously, adhere to safety signs, and follow speed limits and instructions from site personnel. Users should plan their journeys and stay updated on traffic through the PLUS app, X account @plustrafik, and electronic message signs at selected locations.
