Samsung Health has introduced profile visibility settings in version 7.1 to enhance user privacy. In this update, user names on the platform will be displayed as asterisks in challenges and other features, depending on their chosen privacy settings. The removal of photos and replacement of names with asterisks has left some users puzzled, leading to reports of a problem with their friend lists.
