President Donald Trump has announced that he will award the National Medal of Science to Elon Musk and other prominent technology leaders at an upcoming event, according to the White House. Musk, who is a major donor to Trump's 2024 presidential campaign and a co-founder of SpaceX and Tesla, will be among the recipients. The other honorees include Google co-founder Sergei Brin, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, AMD chief Lisa Su, computer mogul Michael Dell, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
The White House spokesperson praised these recipients for their contributions to science and technology, stating that they are crucial for ensuring America remains a global leader in innovation.
