The internet is obsessing over a Minion-shaped router: Where to buy for under $40 on October Prime Day

On October Prime Day, the internet has been captivated by a Minion-shaped WiFi router from Davolink, causing a frenzy on social media and leading to Amazon's stock selling out quickly. This unique router, officially licensed by Davolink, is capable of WiFi 6 and 6E technology and is designed for low-latency tasks such as VR streaming, online gaming, and 4K media streaming.

The compact router, known as "Bob," sits nicely on a desk or shelf and features both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, with combined theoretical speeds of up to 1.77 Gbps. It includes 1 GbE WAN and LAN ports for connecting to modems, PCs, or gaming consoles. Bob can function as a primary router, standalone access point, range extender, or part of a mesh network to cover dead zones in a home.

For those looking to purchase this viral Minions WiFi 6 Router, Amazon still offers the device for $39.99. Alternatively, third-party listings on Amazon and eBay are also available, with completed sales popping up rapidly after the social media buzz. However, it is advisable to verify the total seller pricing and shipping costs to avoid overpaying.
