Shah Rukh Khan, Rizwan Sajan reunite for Shahrukhz Residences by Danube

Dubai: Danube Properties has announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a new waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, in partnership with superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The fully furnished tower, with apartments starting at Dh1.65 million and a flexible payment plan, is set to become the world's first celebrity-named residential tower.

Shah Rukh Khan, alongside his wife Gauri Khan, has designed the penthouses, providing residents with the chance to incorporate her distinctive design into their homes. The tower boasts over 40 lifestyle amenities, including a Longevity Lounge with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red-light therapy bed, and infrared sauna.

These facilities, along with aqua-themed play areas, sports facilities, kids' daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, and premium experiences inspired by "King style" living, have been designed to offer residents a lifestyle similar to Shah Rukh Khan's. Speaking about the project, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his delight at the partnership, stating that the idea is to create a home that allows his fans to experience a similar lifestyle.
