Procuros, a Hamburg-based supply chain connectivity platform, has secured €20 million in Series A funding to develop AI-native infrastructure for autonomous B2B trade. The investment round was led by Paris and Berlin-based venture capital firm XAnge, with participation from global venture capital fund W23, existing backers Point Nine, Creandum, and b2venture, as well as several angel investors.

Prior to this round, Procuros raised €1 million in pre-Seed funding in 2021 and €8.3 million in Seed funding in 2022. Founder and CEO Patrick Thelen highlighted the company's AI-driven platform, which connects businesses once to enable seamless data exchange with any trading partner, regardless of their systems, formats, or technical setups.

By validating data on both sides of a transaction, Procuros eliminates the need for complex point-to-point integrations, automating the flow of orders, shipping notices, invoices, and logistics workflows into ERP systems. With over 300 customers across DACH and the UK, the company claims to handle millions of daily documents and boasts 99%+ data accuracy and up to 95% less manual processing.

The new funding will be allocated towards expanding go-to-market operations, advancing its AI-native supply chain infrastructure, and driving international expansion into Europe and the United States.
