MINNEAPOLIS, MN - OCTOBER 04: The Minnesota Vikings secured their fourth consecutive win with a 15-10 victory over the Miami Dolphins on October 4, 2026, at U.S. Bank Stadium. The team's formula for success continued: a strong defense, effective special teams, and an offense that was just "good enough." The win, while not decisive, achieved the key weekly objective as Justin Jefferson returned from an ankle injury. Head coach Kevin O'Connell emphasized focusing on securing the win over stats.
T.J. Hockenson had a breakout game, recording 13 receptions for 119 yards, marking a career-high. Kyler Murray, despite some issues, had his best outing as a passer with a 73% completion rate, 247 passing yards, and a 90.7 passer rating. Dallas Turner led in sacks, forcing the only turnover of the game, and had a tackle-for-loss.
Will Reichard made a perfect 5-5 field goal attempt streak, with 31 consecutive successful field goals. Myles Price dominated in kick/punt returns with 121 yards, while Aaron Jones had 94 yards on 20 carries. However, penalties increased, marking a setback.
