Huge early Prime Day savings on Sony headphones live now
The Sony WH-C530 and WH-CH730N are both enjoying their first ever discounts thanks to the company jumping the gun on Prime Day.
Amazon's upcoming Prime Day has already begun to attract attention, with Sony headphones taking the spotlight. The highlight of the discounts is a $30 reduction on the WH-CH730N headphones, bringing their price down to $148 from $179. This is particularly notable as these headphones were only recently released in early September. While the WH-CH730N are over-ear headphones with noise cancellation and sit below Sony's flagship 1000X lineup, this is the first discount we've seen on them.
Other notable discounts include the WH-CH530 headphones, which have dropped from $69.99 to $58. These on-ear headphones do not offer active noise cancellation but still provide Sony-grade audio at a bargain price. Currently, only the black model of the WH-CH730N is officially discounted.
Amazon's Prime Day has also brought significant price reductions to other Sony headphones. The WH-CH520, an older model, has been reduced to $33 from $69.99, marking a 53% discount and returning to its lowest price ever. Meanwhile, the WH-1000XM5, a high-end model, has dropped to $198 from $248, a significant 50% reduction from its original MSRP. Although not the latest Sony flagship ANC headphones, the WH-1000XM5 continues to be popular, known for their excellent fit and comfort.
