Portugal secure place in Nations League quarter-finals
Portugal secured their spot in the Nations League quarter-finals with a 2-1 home victory over Norway, maintaining their perfect record in the tournament. Goncalo Ramos scored the winning goal in the 86th minute, after Joao Cancelo equalized from the penalty spot. The Netherlands took the top spot in Group A2 after defeating Serbia 2-1.
Meanwhile, Greece held Germany to a goalless draw in Thessaloniki. Despite coach Jorge Jesus' repeated emphasis on technical quality, his team's victory was marred by a red card to defender Francisco Conceicao in the match.
