BB Bucks, kisses, fake eviction: How Temi Nkem won BBNaija Season 11

Temi Nkem, also known as Temitope Chigbue, emerged victorious in Big Brother Naija Season 11 after 70 days of drama, competition, friendships, confrontations and unexpected twists. Entering the house as one of the 24 contestants, Nkem quickly established herself as a housemate who wasn't afraid to express herself and became a talking point throughout the season. One of her most memorable moments was the custard episode, which showcased her more relatable side and helped viewers connect with her beyond the competition.

The BB Bucks drama was a focal point in Nkem's journey, with several instances of her taking BB Bucks from other contestants. Her involvement in BB Bucks negotiations also added to her storyline, as the currency became an important part of the contestants' daily lives. Another significant event in Nkem's time in the house was a kiss with Tram, which generated conversations among the housemates.

Later, Biggie revealed that the eviction of Nkem, Tram, and Ricky was fake, giving them another chance to continue in the competition and ultimately win the show.

During the awards ceremony, Nkem received several humorous titles like "What Just Happened," "Unpredictable" and "Big Brother Please," reflecting the memorable moments she created in the house. As the competition progressed, Nkem faced increasing pressure and uncertainty while surviving nominations and the power dynamics within the house. By the final week, she had outlasted several contestants and secured her place among the finalists, which included Aikou, Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, and Tram.

In the end, Nkem's unpredictable personality and resilience allowed her to take the crown. She secured 25.87% of the final votes, outperforming Aikou, who received 23.68%. As the winner, Nkem earned a ₦160 million prize package, including ₦90 million in cash, a new SUV, and other sponsored prizes. Her victory also makes her the fifth female winner in BBNaija history.
