PM Han underscores power of culture on National Foundation Day

On October 3, Prime Minister Han Seong-sook emphasized the significance of culture in addressing global challenges during a congratulatory speech on National Foundation Day. She highlighted the importance of expanding empathy and solidarity through shared experiences, technologies, and cultural capabilities to tackle common challenges facing humanity. This approach aligns with the founding spirit of Gojoseon, the first Korean kingdom, which aimed to benefit all humanity.

Han also announced the government's commitment to building an AI-basic society, ensuring that the transition to AI-driven services does not isolate any segment of the population. The Lee Jae Myung administration aims to provide access to AI services for all, irrespective of income, age, or digital literacy levels.

In addition to advancing AI integration, the government will focus on improving livelihoods through stable housing, job creation, and expanded financial support for citizens, allowing them to experience the benefits of these initiatives in their daily lives.
