Her team issued a statement to Indian Express, confirming she remains under medical observation in Bali and will undergo surgery following a comprehensive evaluation. Their primary concern is her health and immediate care, and they are coordinating to relocate her to Mumbai for the procedure.

The team also noted that she requires ample time to recuperate, and her professional engagements over the forthcoming weeks may be impacted. The statement did not specify the cause of the accident or when she is anticipated to return to Mumbai. The actress had shared photographs from her Bali trip on social media a week prior to the accident.
