The suspects, Abdullahi Sani, 61, and Abdullahi Suleiman, 63, were arrested at Ladanai Junction, along the Eastern Bypass, Kano. According to the NSCDC, the vehicle they were driving, a red Toyota Carina II Wagon with registration number LFA 417 AA, was reported stolen three days prior to their arrest.
The NSCDC said Sani is a resident of Kurna Tudun Bojuwa, while Suleiman is from Kantudu in Dala Local Government Area of Kano State. The suspects were intercepted at about 2 am while driving out of the Ladanai area.
