Shivon Zilis, Elon Musk's wife and mother of his four children, has spoken out about their breakup in a recent post on X. She expressed her deep love for Musk, stating, "I've loved him more than life itself." Zilis, a technology executive, revealed that the relationship ended suddenly, making it difficult for her to transition from love to letting go within just a week.

She described the process as overwhelming, stating, "It's hard to go from in love to let go in a week with no warning, but that's just how it is sometimes."

Despite the pain of the breakup, Zilis expressed gratitude for the time spent with Musk and the opportunity to provide a stable and loving environment for him. She highlighted how their family home served as a safe haven, a place that brought happiness and love to Musk, shielding him from his "militant existence." Zilis emphasized her role as a counterbalancing source of safety, calm, and love, adding, "I will miss him dearly."

The couple had four children together: twins Strider Sekhar Sirius and Azure Astra Alice, born in 2021, daughter Arcadia, born in 2024, and son Seldon Lycurgus, announced in 2025. Zilis and Musk were not married. She also expressed hope that they could remain friends and maintain a good co-parenting relationship for the sake of their children. Zilis acknowledged the loss she experienced but remained grateful for their four children, who bring her immense joy and make every day special.
