FGEHA Ordered to Accelerate Development of Sky Garden Project

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Secretary Mohammad Mahmood has ordered the acceleration of development work on the Sky Garden Housing Project, with the aim of meeting all deadlines. During a visit to the site, Mahmood emphasized the importance of preserving the natural terrain and environment surrounding the project.

He instructed officials to avoid excessive land clearing, protect vegetation, and implement measures to prevent soil erosion and stabilize slopes. In addition, Mahmood required a thorough water channelization plan to handle rainwater and natural water flow. Drainage and sewerage systems were given high priority to prevent construction-related issues.

Officials informed Mahmood that development work in Blocks A, B, and D of Package-I has reached its final stages, with plans to hand over possession to allottees by December 31, 2026. FGEHA stated that they are also working on finishing pending technical and administrative matters for the project's completion.
