The ROSES-25 program element D.9 Habitable Worlds Observatory Instrument Concept Assessments (HWO-ICA) has been updated to correct information regarding collaborators on Category 2 proposals. This amendment was made as part of NASA's ROSES-2025 Amendment 73.
