Ravens sign 2 offensive linemen, promote K’Von Wallace to active roster

The Baltimore Ravens bolstered their offensive line in the wake of injury concerns by signing veteran center Andre James and guard Kyle Hergel to the practice squad. This move came as starting center Jovaughn Gwyn is expected to miss several weeks due to a fractured fibula, while backup Ethan Pocic battles a knee injury. With first-round pick Vega Ioane set to potentially start at center, James provides Baltimore with a seasoned alternative should Pocic's absence persist or if coaches find Ioane better suited at guard.

James, who has started 61 of his 80 career games, including postseason appearances, would bring valuable experience to the line. Guard Hergel, known for versatility at interior positions, was signed after impressing during the Ravens' workouts. After being promoted from the practice squad for their Week 3 victory, safety K’Von Wallace is added to the 53-man roster, offering experienced depth to the back end of the defense.
