Mirriad Advertising delays interim results amid administration

Mirriad Advertising plc, currently under administration, has postponed the release of its unaudited interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2026, as well as its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025, according to a press release. The company's joint administrators are in talks with a third party about potentially investing in the business.

They have previously explored options such as selling the company's intellectual property or raising equity to help Mirriad exit administration. Upon successful completion of the proposed investment, the company aims to repay its creditors, finalize the 2025 annual accounts and 2026 interim results, and restore trading in its shares on AIM.

However, negotiations are ongoing, and there is no assurance that the investment will be finalized or on what terms. Trading in Mirriad's shares remains suspended until the 2025 and 2026 financial statements are published.
