LT Foods Subsidiary Nature Bio Foods To Acquire 40.75% Stake In Leev.nu B.V. For ₹15.39 crore

LT Foods Limited's subsidiary, Nature Bio Foods B.V. in the Netherlands, has agreed to purchase a 40.75% equity stake in Leev.nu B.V. for approximately ₹15.39 crore. This acquisition will increase Nature Bio Foods' ownership in Leev.nu B.V. from 30% to a majority stake of 70.75%. The purchase price is in cash. LT Foods' overall net profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 increased by 35% to ₹183.45 crore.

The strategic rationale behind this deal is that Nature Bio Foods will gain a more diverse product range, as Leev.nu B.V. offers healthy plant-based snacks such as lentil-based crackers and cakes, which are already sold through key Dutch retailers.
