Helicopter with 6 aboard crashes in Zimbabwe with no survivors, officials say

A helicopter carrying six individuals crashed in a rural area of Zimbabwe on Wednesday, with no survivors, according to officials. The accident occurred in the Marondera district, southeast of the capital city, Harare. Police spokesperson Nick Mangwana informed the media that among the passengers were a high-profile businessman and two crew members.

Initial reports indicate that all six individuals aboard the aircraft were killed in the crash. The helicopter came down around 5 p.m. local time, as stated by police spokesperson Paul Nyathi. Authorities have not yet released the identities of those on board and have promised to provide additional details as emergency responders continue their investigation.
