A Delhi district consumer commission ruled in favor of a family against a travel company. They demanded a hefty Rs 2.98 lakh for rescheduling flight tickets, which was not disclosed before purchase. The family initially booked four open air tickets for a round trip to Amsterdam. The commission found that the travel company misled the family about fees and charges.
