Thailand wins PUBG Mobile gold at Asian Games 2026

NAGOYA, Japan — 29 September 2026, Thailand's national PUBG Mobile team emerged victorious, clinching the gold medal at the 2026 Asian Games held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. The team showcased their exceptional skills throughout the final, maintaining their strong performance and finishing atop the standings. The PUBG Mobile finals concluded on the same day, with Thailand entering the final day as the leader after delivering an outstanding performance across the initial six games on the previous day.

Their impressive run continued into the final day, as they secured a Winning entry in Game 8, along with recording 11 eliminations. Consistently performing across the remaining games, the Thai team held onto the top position once all 12 games were completed. With a total of 128 points, Thailand claimed the coveted gold medal, narrowly surpassing China with 114 points for silver and Pakistan with 100 points for bronze.

The gold-medal-winning lineup for Thailand included players Nattawut Muensa Sathit, Thanomjit Phumirapee, Wannalertskul Supachai, Pawarit Wongthonghatchai, and Singkaew. Each member of the winning team will receive financial support of THB 2 million from the National Sports Development Fund (NSDF), bringing their individual earnings to a total of THB 10 million.
