Producers Guild Elects Donna Gigliotti And Mike Farah As Its New Presidents

The Producers Guild of America has elected "Shakespeare in Love" Oscar winner Donna Gigliotti and "Between Two Ferns" Emmy winner Mike Farah as its new presidents, replacing outgoing leaders Donald De Line and Stephanie Allain. Gigliotti, a three-time Oscar nominee, is the first woman to win Best Picture for "Shakespeare in Love" and has received multiple Emmy nominations for her work on "Hidden Figures," "The Reader," "Silver Linings Playbook," and the Academy Awards telecast.

Farah, with over two decades of experience, has won three Emmys, including two for "Between Two Ferns," and recently earned an Emmy for "Weird: The Al Yankovic Story." The pair expressed gratitude to their predecessors for guiding the Guild through change and emphasized their commitment to supporting producers and maintaining the core values of the organization.
