Meta reveals new Enterprise Platform to help businesses harness its AI power

Meta has introduced a new platform designed to empower businesses by granting them access to a range of artificial intelligence tools. This new offering, called the Meta Enterprise Platform, includes various components such as Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code.

The platform aims to assist businesses in leveraging Meta's leading AI models to enhance growth and productivity. CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled this platform, stating that Meta serves billions of people and assists hundreds of millions of businesses globally. He emphasized Meta's unique strengths, such as advanced models, leading agents, large-scale infrastructure, and extensive experience working with numerous businesses.

The Meta Enterprise Platform builds upon recent additions to Meta's AI agents lineup, including the Meta Business Agent, which was announced on June 3, 2026, as an AI agent capable of providing businesses with an "infinite team" to engage with every customer. Earlier, on September 8, 2026, Meta unveiled Muse, a personal AI agent that has now been rebranded as a small business assistant, complemented by Meta's coding agent and the Muse API.

As part of the expansion of AI access for businesses, Meta has appointed Chirantan Desai, the former CEO of MongoDB, as its new Chief Enterprise Platform Officer. Desai highlighted the transformative potential of AI in redefining how organizations of all sizes innovate, grow, serve customers, and manage business operations. He added that Meta is uniquely positioned to help businesses scale their operations using advanced models, leading agents, and a proven track record of serving millions of advertisers and businesses.
