Mallorca’s historic Alcudia to welcome Spain’s most beautiful villages this October

Mallorca's Alcudia will host Spain's most beautiful villages in October, showcasing the country's prestigious beauty network. From October 23 to 25, representatives from 125 highly regarded municipalities will convene in Alcudia for the 14th National Assembly of Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España. The town, a member of the network since 2020, will use this opportunity to highlight its historic charm and tourism potential while sharing experiences with other Spanish municipalities.

Spain's Most Beautiful Villages association evaluates towns based on architectural heritage, cultural traditions, landscapes, and quality of life, ensuring these small communities maintain their unique characteristics while becoming popular tourist destinations. The assembly provides a platform for these municipalities to collaborate and address issues affecting historic and rural areas.

Alcudia's historic town centre, surrounded by its medieval walls, traditional buildings, and shops, will be on display during this event, emphasizing the balance between tourism and preserving the town's distinctive identity.
